to telephone and network modernization requirements by completing site
surveys of existing and new facilities. Documentation gathered during these
surveys is used to procure services and equipment in the engineering,
installation, quality assurance, and cut over activities of administrative
telephone systems (Avaya CS2100, 8700-8800, 1000, AS5300, MG9K, Cisco 7600
routers and 6500 series switches, Cisco Unified Communications Manager) at
U.S. Army installations. Examples of systems and protocols that are installed
in these production environments include the following: SONET, DWDM, VoIP,
SIP, MPLS, BGP, and FOC technologies.

Team Project Manager and Technical Lead supporting the SIPRNET, Quality
Control and I3MP Unified Capabilities voice and network modernization at U.S.
Army installations. Manage the telecommunication and network
infrastructure implementation team from inception to completion of large
modernizations and expansions from legacy voice and data systems to IP
Unified Communications. Including VoIP technology and High Availability
architecture.
